CASE Consultants International applies Climate Arts and Science Expertise to inform real-world decision in climate adaptation, sustainability, and resilience. They mainstream climate science into the practices of climate-sensitive sectors. CASE connects science to solutions. Evidence-based research performed by CASE involved meta-research in clinical studies specifically for allergy and asthma. Their literature review identified correlations between weather and environmental exposures and identified thresholds that correlate to a higher incidence of symptoms for allergy sufferers and negative health outcomes for asthma patients. These thresholds formed the basis for the calculation of the original study-based evidence generated DailyBreath Risk Index. Eric jointly collaborated with its partner, CASE Consultants International, in conducting a Workshop on Climate and Respiratory Health at the Collider in late 2017.
